Orion's Client Portal
The Orion Client Portal offers your clients a view into their account allocations, performance, and documents. Below will be a tour of the client portal along with the steps you can take to customize your clients' client portal experience.
Launching the Client Portal
In order to launch a client portal you will need to create a user profile for the client. You can find instructions on how to create the credentials here.
Once the user profile has been created you can view the portal by selecting the Client Portal app from the left app menu or selecting Client Portal from the three dot menu on the right side of Portfolio Viewer.

Financial Planning

You have a few different options when it comes to financial planning within the Orion client portal. Orion allows for a SSO from Right Capital, eMoney, or MoneyGuide Pro. Orion also offers their own financial planning tool called Orion Planning. If you are using eMoney any documents that are generated within Orion will also be sent to eMoney's document value.


Customizing the Client Portal
Within the Client Experience app you have the option to customized to fit your clients' needs and can be updated at either a global level or for a specific client if needed.
- Use the Setting For option if you would like to limit the updated to a specific client.

- Access your firms custom Orion URL that can be sent to clients or embedded in your website.

- Don't forget to press save in the top right corner after making your changes. It can also take up to 15 minutes for the changes to update in the client portal.
