How to Enroll Clients in Paperless Documents at Schwab

HELPFUL TIPS:

• There's not a way to do both paperless and paper for document delivery so the clients must choose one or the other
• For DAF accounts, the primary donor must call 800.746.6216 to request the change. Sapphire nor the advisor is able to request on behalf of the donor
• DAF is also unable to do both paperless and paper delivery. The client must choose one or the other
• For more information on Quarterly Trade Confirmation Report (TCR), please view Schwab's link here
• To enroll in TCR, clients will need to complete the "Trade Confirmation Report Subscription Form" (APP26966). More information may be found here
• TCR clients who have enrolled in paperless trade confirmations and have a web login will receive the TCR electronically at the end of the calendar quarter
