Working with Us In Wealthbox

  • Service Hub Tasks: When you submit requests through the Service Hub, you can track progress on those tasks inside Wealthbox.
  • Client Information Storage: All client contact details, account numbers, and relevant data must be kept in Wealthbox. This allows our team to execute tasks on your behalf quickly and accurately. (Note: Some fields cannot be added or edited directly. If you run into this, reach out to support@xypnsapphire.com and we’ll update them at the admin level if appropriate.)
  • Client Notes: Use Wealthbox to record ongoing notes and interactions with clients. This ensures continuity, compliance, and efficient support from our team.
  • Tasks & Reminders: Use tasks to track follow-ups or internal firm activities. You can edit task categories, but please do not delete or edit “Sapphire Service Team” — this category powers our automated workflows.

Tips & best practices

  • Enter client information promptly , as most tasks can’t be completed without it.
  • Keep client notes concise but thorough; treat Wealthbox as your firm’s shared memory bank.
  • Use tags or custom fields to organize clients for easier tracking.
  • Don’t worry if you see locked fields; just email support@xypnsapphire.com if you think an update is needed.
