Advisor Armor
Advisor Armor is a cybersecurity and endpoint protection tool we use to help meet our compliance and security requirements. It helps protect client data and firm systems and runs in the background once installed.
Why this is required
As part of our compliance framework, we’re required to have security controls in place on advisor computers used for firm business. Advisor Armor is the tool we use to meet that requirement.
This is not optional, but it is designed to be low impact and straightforward.
What devices are required
- Required: Advisor computers (Mac or Windows) used for firm business
- Optional: Mobile devices (iOS or Android)
You are not required to install AdvisorArmor on your phone or tablet.
Cost
AdvisorArmor is included as part of your membership. There is no additional cost to you.
What to expect
- One-time setup: You’ll receive an email invitation to create your account and install the AdvisorArmor agent.
- Background operation: Once installed, it runs quietly and does not interfere with daily work.
- Automated system checks: After installation, AdvisorArmor will scan your system to confirm it meets required security settings.
- If your system is compliant, no action is needed.
- If something needs to be updated, AdvisorArmor will provide clear instructions to bring your system into compliance.
Installation steps
Once you’ve been added as a supervised user:

Go to: https://www.advisorarmor.com/applet-download
Enter the same email address you use for Hadrius.
- If your default email is different, email compliance@xypnsapphire.com and request an update before installing.
- Download and install the Advisor Armor applet on each required computer.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete setup.
