FAQs

I am on an annual contract. Can I transfer my account now, or do I need to wait until renewal?

You can transfer your account now! When you request to transfer your account to our group, Jump will let you out of your annual contract early, switch your account from an annual to a monthly subscription, and issue a prorated refund for time remaining on the contract.

What is the difference between a Full Seat license and a Lite Seat license?

Jump has two main user types:

  1. Full seats
    1. Full is designed for the financial advisor and includes the full functionality of the Meet product, including full meeting capabilities, post-meeting actions, and more.
  2. Lite seats
    1. Lite has less functionality than Full and is intended for administrative / support staff only. You cannot purchase Lite as a standalone product; you must be on Meet in order to have at least one user with the Lite user role.
    2. Lite is not offered at a discounted price at this time. It retails at $30/user/mo.
